I can't zoom in far enough to see a chord I added

Here’s the issue. I’ve zoomed in as far as I can on the iPad and I cannot get to the chord that’s to the left of the C5 that has the dots in front of it. I don’t want to pull the C5 to the right just to get to the D5. Am I stuck with moving chords out of the way to get to those too close to it? Thanks

Huh, that’s a tricky one. Just how quickly are the chords changing in this particular song that they need to cluster together like this? If you delete the C5, is there only the D5 before it?

When you have the CHORDS control strip visible, you should be able to move left/right between chords—is that what you’ve done to place the cursor at 00:58.234? Using this trick, could you also show me the timestamp for where the C5 is placed?

I’d like to get an idea of how quickly these chords are clustered together, so I can do some math and figure out if I can adjust the maximum zoom to allow the appropriate amount of space.

(In related news, you should be able to see everything in the CHORDS song view regardless of their spacing. How’s it look for you in there?)

Hi, using the control strip, I can move to the chord (D) but it just shows where the chord is. It doesn’t let me access the chord. I was able to place the D first. It was only when I added the C5 that the D disappeared. Yah, the chords change really quick. Thankfully they’re barred power chords or I wouldn’t be able to switch that quickly.

Yes, if I move or delete the C5, the D5 shows up.

The D5 is at 00:58:238
The C5 is at 00:58:399

I don’t know what the Chord Song View is on the iPad. I don’t seem to have that option. However, if I go into preferences and change Chord Boxes to Chord Names, I can see the D.

EDIT: My placement of the C5 was wrong. It’s at 00:58:556. With that change, I can see the D5 now. I still have the situation where some chord boxes don’t show as I can’t zoom in far enough. I higher zoom level would help if that’s possible Thanks!
