how do we move, change and add the chords around in capo in place
Could you elaborate on your question a bit, or provide a screenshot?
For example, which song view are you in, and what kind of changes are you trying to make? Also, are you doing this on a Mac, iPhone, or iPad?
Hereās what the User Guide for the Mac says about editing chords. You can also check out the instructions for iOS versions.
If you have further questions, donāt hesitate to ask!
I have a mac mini 2020 Iām using musescore 3 for transcribing in the screen shot I like to change the chords or move them where they should be. When I double click on a chord it only gives you 4 choices of chords to replace. It doesnāt look like you can do much with that area. As you see this is the newest version 4.3
The list of 4 chords you see are the top 4 results from the chord detection algorithm. However, you can actually write just about any chord in for yourself!
If you click on the magnifying glass on the right of the 4 chords, you can āsearchā for an entirely new chord to enter. For example, you could type strings like bbmaj7
or e#9
and Capo will list all the closest matches for you to choose from. Click the chord youāre after, then press the āApplyā button to lock in your choice.
Hope this helps!
That was pretty cool, now how about pacing a chord any where thereās not a chord or moving one over to where the chord is suppose to be.
Either you can select the CHORDS control strip, then press the āAdd Chordā button (the chord button with the plus symbol on it.) Or, you can hit the ākā key on the keyboard to do the same thing.
In both cases, a new chord will be placed at the current playhead location.
that was easy I donāt know why I had a hard time figuring this out, thanks bud
