How to load an audio file into Capo on iOS

If you are getting an error when trying to load an audio file into Capo, it’s probably because the folder where your newly-created Capo Project will be stored is not set to ‘iCloud Drive’ or ‘On my Device’.

If any other location is selected beside these two, you will get an error when trying to load the audio file.

Loading Audio Files into Capo on iOS

  1. Open Capo and tap on Browse at the bottom of the window.

  1. Navigate back to the window that says Capo at the top left.

  2. Now you need to select the location where your Capo Project will be stored.

  • It is recommended to select iCloud Drive.
  • This is the preferred location to save Capo Projects because if you are also using Capo on your Mac you need to save your Projects here in order to share your Projects between your iOS device and Mac.
  1. Once you are in the location where your Capo Project will be saved, tap on Create Document.
