Changes to beat locations in structures don’t reflect

Hello,
It appears changing the beat location in structures, seems to change the wave displayed in the squares but not the visual length of the sections. This isn’t much of an issue, but my main issue is switching to section view, the changes to structure are not reflected making it not very useful, as I wanted to use it to realign so beats match the part of the song, but no matter what, while sometimes moving enough regions changes the tempo which seems to have an impact visible in other views, the section positions remain unchanged in any other view.
Further it would be nice if there was a choice to allign sections to markers, or just use two markers to define a tempo and offset, however this isn’t that important, as the main part not working is the bigger issue.
I am on a m2 MacBook with newest macOS, tried both unpaid and paid versions

Is it possible to show me some before/after screenshots of what you’re doing, and maybe supply some kind of indication of what you expect to be happening? A video would also be good, if that’s possible. I am struggling to fully understand the issue from your description right now, so visual aids would help me decode what’s going on here.

When you modify the location of a downbeat, it should only reflect a visual change in the waveforms as you’ve already noticed. That’s because each bar is rendered at a fixed width no matter what.

However, I’m not sure what you mean by the “visual length of the sections” here, as sections (as in, “verse” and “chorus” sections) don’t really have a length per se.

Thanks!
