I just tried this for the first time and it is amazing! I think the biggest problem is the branding - it is very difficult to search for this app. It’s great that you have the capoapp.com domain, imo it’s important for you, the company, to never use “Capo” without “CapoApp”. That way your users will tag their reviews etc. as CapoApp, and then your community will be able to find each other and help you with marketing.
I would never say “Capo” in any marketing or documentation, only ever say “CapoApp”. Don’t say the “Capo Community”, say the “CapoApp Community”.
Not true! You can make your bed as many times as you want! It’s a free world! iPod became iPhone, Macintosh became iMac, PowerBook became MacBook Pro, NBC renamed themselves to Peacock, etc. etc.
You can definitely rename yourself CapoApp, and you already have, a little bit, in some places. You just need to finish!
I would also stick to the domain capoapp.com instead of https://supermegaultragroovy.com/products/capo/. Google had a lot of products before they became Alphabet, Facebook had a lot of products before they became Meta. You don’t have enough products for us to care about SuperMegaUltraGroovy. We care about your amazing and incredible but completely unpronounceable in an online forum piece of software, CapoApp
