We can be most effective when you give us the clearest picture of what’s happening: What you tried to do, what you were expecting, and what happened instead. Add as much detail that you think will be helpful, like the type of Mac, iPhone or iPad you’re using, the OS version, the version of Capo you’re using, etc. If it’s a really nasty problem, diagnostic reports are also very helpful.
