# Keyboard bindings for curernt region

Hi Chris,

I had Capo setup with left and right arrow keys taking me to the start or end of the currently active region.

I don’t see an existing option for “current region” in the keyboard bindings. I want to set left key to “start of current region”, etc.

Am I missing something? If not is it possible to add these bindings?

You can change the _Go to previous bar_ command by double-clicking it in the binding editor, and then selecting either _Region Boundaries_ or _Region Starts_ instead of _Bars_. Here’s a screenshot showing where that’s located:

Unfortunately you won’t be able to _perfectly_ replicate Capo’s old behaviour. Specifically, Capo _used to_ change based on what you currently had selected with the mouse. For example, the left/right arrows would navigate by bars, and once you selected a region it would change to navigate that way.

If this becomes a problem, and you want to have both navigation by bar/beat as well as region-specific navigation, you can create these bindings using different “arrow-like” keys on your keyboard, like the `[` and `]` keys, or the `,` and `.` keys (which are `<` and `>` when shift is held).
