You’ll find the Mixer controls in the [Playback Control Strip](https://supermegaultragroovy.com/products/capo/help/mac/4.3/control-strip/#changing-control-strips).

Clicking the Mixer button will give you controls for adjusting the playback volume of the…

1. Song
2. Chords (i.e., the sound played when you select a chord), and
3. Metronome

Using the Mixer is especially handy when a song is particularly loud, and drowns out the sound of the metronome being played while you are using the [Count-in](https://supermegaultragroovy.com/products/capo/help/mac/4.3/advanced-audio-playback/#using-count-in) feature.

## TIP! (on Mac)

An easy want to quickly change the volume of the song, notes and chords is by using keystrokes.

- **Adjust Song Volume:**

- **Adjust Notes & Chords Volume:**

These are the default keystrokes. You can edit the keystrokes to anything you prefer by going to **Control \> Edit Keyboard/MIDI Controls…**

If you look at your screenshot at the bottom part of Capo where it has the time, you’ll see a word that says “SPEED”. Please click on this to see a list of all of [Capo’s Control Strips](https://supermegaultragroovy.com/products/capo/help/mac/4.3/control-strip/#changing-control-strips).

Once you do this, select PLAYBACK.
Once in the PLAYBACK Control Strip, you’ll see the Mixer button.
